7th & 8th Grade girls Basketball
Practice Schedule: Start dates TBD. M,T,W,Th,F from 3:00 - 4:45 pm (unless otherwise notified by coach)
Equipment Needed: Each student athlete must arrive promptly and ready to train with athletic attire and gym shoes. Team uniforms are provided to athletes but must be returned to the coaches at the close of the season. Warm up "shooter shirts" will be available for purchase (see instructions below).
Team Expectations: Athletes are expected to attend all practices unless approved and excused by the team coach.

Step 1: Register your athlete through HVS "Final Forms" website. Click here
Step 2: Pay for your athlete to participate in the season. Click here
Step 3: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic MHSAA has adjusted its policy on physicals. If a student submitted a valid physical during the 2019/20 school year (one completed on or after April 15, 2019) said student needs only to complete the MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire and submit that to the coach or office on or before the first practice. MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire can be found here. If student answered YES to any of the questions on the MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire the student is required to obtain a new physical dated after April 15, 2020. Step 4: Student athlete and parent must both review, sign and submit the Concussion Awareness Form to the office before the first practice. Concussion Awareness Form can be found here
Step 5: Team warm up "shooter shirts" are available for purchase each season. Please submit payment for your "shooter shirt" here
